In the old office model, offices were always divided into functional blocks. How can we help them make the office module more dynamic so that employees feel productive? When the company sets up the office layout in the early stage, it needs to spend a lot of energy on the infrastructure construction, the construction of all kinds of infrastructure, and the company's network platform. Both time and money are significant costs. What can we do to help the company cut costs? I conducted some user surveys to find out their demands for the current working environment and their working status, and to get an in-depth understanding of their different needs at work.

And the desk is designed in different states of use, to ensure that employees have different needs for their work. For example, when employees want to communicate with colleagues around them, they can put down their shields and communicate together. When they need their own workspace, they can make the baffle their private office space.
