Nivîsa Pirtûkê: Wateya Kêfxweşiyê sêwiranek hundirîn a niştecihbûnê ye ji bo apartmanek 100 mètre çargoşe. Plana biçûk a orîjînal a sê-odeyî hate guhertin bi planek vekirî ku odeya xebatê, cihê rûniştinê û cihê xwarinê bi hev ve girê dide. Odeyên rûniştinê û xwarinê hatin berevajîkirin da ku metbex û cihê rûniştinê fireh bibin. Deriyekî kevçî-şeklî yê kaş bi ribekî ronahiyê rêwerziyê rêve dibe û dîmenê fireh dike. Kabîneyên ratanê yên turkuazê zeyf, kaşên keviran bi nexşên şelaleyî, hûrgiliyên darî û metalî yên biçûk hundirê temam dikin.

- تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان
- Featuring an “art-filled home,” the designer create the artistic main walls at different end views. The pale turquoise rattan cabinets break free of the usual earth-tone palette, while the stone tiles with waterfall-like patterns bring out a sense of dynamic, rendering a flowing groove. The stone tiles, rattan doors, and wood introduce natural energy, while metal materials dot about the space to add exquisite details, creating an elegant high-end residential look.

- The original layout separates areas and the various sized doors and windows fragment the space. By reversing the living and dining room and rearranging the furniture, we maximize the usable space and open up visual connections as the open-plan layout lends an unblocked view.
- توێژینەوە
- Fully communicating with this house resident, so that we can reach their real need. Design should be more humanize for people life.
- ئیلهام
- Our design expands the space through an open plan that rearranges the layout and breaks free from the original small-three-bedroom framework. We demonstrate for the apartment units, with few changes and creative use of curves, the cramped feel of the original layout is resolved.
- ماوەی پڕۆژە
- The project had finished in 2021.
- ڕێڕەوی کارکردن
- Breaking the limitation of the long narrow layout, we reverse the living and dining room and rearrange the direction of the living room, thus enlarging the kitchen and living room space. The large vertical surfaces integrate functions and conceal doors, extending the space depth.
