Mansiyona Mezin sêwirana hundirê xaniyekî modêl e ku li Guangzhouyê 110 metre çargoşe digire. Jûra rûniştinê ji kolan û dîwarê paşxaneyê yê kevneşopî dûr disekine. Maseyeke dirêj a pirfonksîyonel piştgiriyê dide taştê, civînên vîdyoyê, xebat, xwendin û çaya piştî nîvro. Hundir li dabeşên hevpar ên ji bo vehesîn, xebat û embarkirinê hatiye parvekirin. Dolabeke pirfonksîyonel a ufqî sînorê di navbera qada rûniştinê û xwarinê de tevlihev dike. Materyal boyaxa hunerî, pêçandinên dîwarî yên bi tekstur, rûyê darîn, mermer û tûx dihewîne. - The proportion of objects in space is "random" , like the branches of a tree. From shape, color and subtle texture, objects will be rearranged and combined after being touched and used. It is just like when a plant experiences wind, frost, rain and snow during its growth. It will change its shape.

- The way of modern urbanite life person, changes with each passing day. Depending on the personality or the actual needs to work, there is a world of difference. Accommodation is not only refers to the regular living space, but also means multi-area, multi-functional mixed use. Therefore, at different times, different situations, there will be different instant feelings, the mixed feelings of life to release different emotions.

- Contemporary young consumer groups, with the impact of the epidemic, the residential use function has undergone tremendous changes. Now the living space can not only have simple functions, it needs more combination of work and rest, diversification, more practical and intimate function superposition, which is the original intention of the design concept of compound residence.
