Ultima

Italian furniture and lighting fixtures further enhance the sleek, elegant feel of the public areas.
Due to the relatively narrow size of the Hong Kong residence, how to effectively plan a living environment suitable for a family of four within this 190 square meters of space became the challenge of this project. Throughout the design process, through communication with the owner, reasonable space planning is incorporated, while combining with the preferences of the occupants, the conceptual residence is realized through color materials and so on.
In the living room, an L-shaped sofa was chosen not only to provide ample space for family gatherings but also because one side faces the window, offering a direct view of the stunning Victoria Harbour.
A mix of different materials and carefully chosen home furnishings come together in layers, adding richness and character to the space. The way light flows through the rooms, combined with smooth, flowing lines and natural textures, brings the space to life. Every detail, from the layout to the finishes, is carefully considered to create a home that feels personal, stylish, and full of warmth.
This project is located in Hong Kong, China, with a design start date of 06/15/2022 and a completion date of 12/23/2023.
