In topographia terrae infixa, villa Attie magnam evacuationem, lucem et consolationem praebet. Domus patet ex duobus viae aedificiis circumiacentibus. Primus accessus ducit ad spatia domus privata sicut cubicula, et secundus accessus ducit ad spatia semi-privata. Apertum consilium involvit ideam efficax coniunctionis consolationis, cozinessae, functionis et cursus circulationes. Gradus intra metam et stagnum areae idem sunt. Ut semel apertae fenestrae sunt, sensum efficit foris te in conclavi sedentem esse.

Victores Argenti opera valde splendida et creandi ingenio praedita sunt, quae praestantem peritiam, talentum et acumen auctorum suorum ostendunt. Exspectatur Villa Attie Domus opus mirabile, exemplare, valde professionale et penitus novum fore. Haec forma Argento victa inventum notabile et admiratum est, quod ad fines artis, scientiae, formandi rationis et technologiae promovendos confert. Villa Attie Domus creatio est, quam multi invident, quae cupiditates excitat, sensus bonos affert et admirationem miraculumque movet.

Proprietates Singulares: Embedded into the land topography, villa Attie offers a great ventilation, daylight and comfort. This design strategy created an accessibility to the house from two sides; the upper road and the road bellow. The first access leads to the private spaces of the house like the bedrooms, and the secondary access leads to the semi-private spaces; a huge open space consisting of two living rooms, a tv room, a kitchen and a dining area.
Dimensiones et Involucrum: The building consists of two livable floors and a basement used for storage and technical purposes. Each floor has an area of 250 m2 which makes a total building area of 750 m2

Technologia Productionis: In order to reduce running costs in the building, we opted for a double glazed aluminum facade with a low emissive glass. The outer shell is made of Fair face concrete kept at a natural state and borders are covered in HDCP, that stands for High Density Concrete Panels. A new generation of GRC that allows us to create continuous blocks longer than 3 meters without any joints.
Provocatio Designandi: Since the plot is located between two roads and a corner, the challenge in the design of this building was to grant a double access to the house while respecting the city's rules and regulations.
Investigatio: The footprint of the building, it's shape and selected materials were set according to a deep environmental analysis of the area. The building is oriented south-west for an optimal sun exposure and ventilation. The cladding materials were carefully selected to withstand an abrupt change in temperature. The use of two natural elements, fair face concrete and aluminum created a bold and successful combination of strict lines and shapes
Inspiratio: Since the project is located on a rich-in-nature mountain, which is also part of a ski resort, our main objective was to grant a 180 degree view of the surroundings while respecting the natural slope of the land.
Duratio Operis: The project started in March 2021 and will be completed in November 2023 in Faqra, Lebanon.
Cursus Operationis: The open space plan embodied the idea of effective combination of comfort, coziness, functionality and flow of circulation.
