Proprietates Singulares: The design style of this case is deduced in the LOFT industrial style, using environmentally friendly, rough texture, strong color contrast, pop-style decoration language, and the re-utilization of recycled materials as much as possible, and the available materials recovered on the construction site. Through the later ingenious design, reflecting the moving details full of industry characteristics and humanistic feelings.

Cursus Operationis: The building in this case is a new building, and the floor layout tends to be flat and closed. In order to enhance the unique stylization of the overall space and make the space full of tension and excitement, the design director Wen Zheping adopted complex but ingenious spaces and mistakes.
