The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.
Dimensiounen & Verpackung: The demonstration complex has a total floor space of 2,070 square meters, comprising a 240-square-meter community lobby, a 460-square-meter sales center (to be converted into a 340-square-meter clubhouse in the future), and a 1,370-square-meter clubhouse.

Produktiounstechnologie: The color scheme is inspired by the bright, tropical hues of the South Pacific, which have been softened to low-saturation, neutral, and warm base colors like beige and sophisticated gray. In contrast to the traditional extravagant sales environments of typical demonstration areas, it creates a refined, minimalist, and ceremonial hotel like atmosphere, offering future residents a promise of an elevated lifestyle that transcends the everyday, while embodying both a strong sense of belonging and reverence.
Projetdauer: The project is located on Daoqi Road in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China. As a high-end residential demonstration project within an urban renewal context, it features a total construction scale of 2,070 square meters.
