This design is practical to the industry.

- The pioneered wallpanel installing robot aims at automating such functional demands as grabbing, conveying and adjustment of Alc panels during wallpanel installation. Through the set visual Ccd, sensors and built-in algorithms, the position adjustment of Alc panel and wallpanel will be automatically completed for the robot, and the final shoving will be completed.

The operation deviation is limited in a very small scope which can satisfy the using requirement in the industry. This robot will be a practical product in Chinese market which will imporve the wellness of Chinese workers and efficiency of the whole industry.

Thus we designed this robot to solve the large labor intensity of workers, low efficiency, large safety risk and other adverse factors during construction and ensuring the installation quality and quality control.

After panel erection, the robot is manipulated and operated to the installation site.
