ทั้งร้านบูติกและร้านดนตรีเป็นโปรเจกต์ตกแต่งภายในเชิงพาณิชย์ที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Red Town ซึ่งเคยเป็นโรงงานเหล็กเก่าในนครเซี่ยงไฮ้ ปัจจุบันได้กลายเป็นย่านศิลปะประติมากรรม โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ร้านบูติกขนาด 370 ตารางเมตร และร้านดนตรีขนาด 170 ตารางเมตร จัดวางอยู่ 2 ชั้น แนวคิดการออกแบบตั้งอยู่บนความขัดแย้งระหว่างความเป็นตะวันตกและตะวันออก ความเก่าและความใหม่ ตลอดจนความนิ่งและความเคลื่อนไหว ร้านบูติกถูกออกแบบให้เป็นเสมือนสะพานที่เชื่อมโยงสินค้าจากทั่วโลก ในขณะที่ร้านดนตรีถูกจัดวางเพื่อส่งเสริมสมาธิและการจดจ่อ พื้นที่สวนศิลปะโดยรอบยังคงถูกอนุรักษ์ไว้เพื่อส่งเสริมการพบปะแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างผู้อยู่อาศัยในท้องถิ่น
