Projektuojant buvo panaudota klubo namo koncepcija, leidžianti namo savininkui ir jo šeimai pasinerti į atostogų atmosferą kiekvieną kartą grįžus namo. Svečių ir valgomojo kambariai yra atviro plano. Bendroje spalvų paletėje dominuoja balta ir natūrali šviesa, kurią papildo kruopštus išdėstymas ir bandymas perteikti harmoningą tikrovę per tobulą medžiagų sutapimą. Valgomojo veidrodžio ir tetanizuoto metalo atspindinčios savybės efektyviai sustiprina, išplečia ir praplečia vizualinį vaizdą, bandant pasiekti dvasinę prabangos pusiausvyrą pasitelkus įmantrią dizaino formą.
