Gamybos technologija: TNK-50N is an efficient construction machinery equipment, mainly used in crushing, screening, washing, mixing, mixing, extrusion and curing and other aspects of technology, the application of these technologies can not only improve the reuse rate of waste concrete, but also reduce the pollution to the environment. At present, the main way of disposal of construction waste is landfill, but this way has caused a serious burden on the ecological environment. In order to solve this problem, this design proposes a new treatment method, which is to transform construction waste and waste concrete into environmentally friendly permeable brick, so as to realize the recycling of construction waste resources and reduce the pollution to the environment.

Veikimo eiga: In the working process of TNK-50N, the waste concrete is collected by the collector and transferred to the crusher in front of the vehicle for crushing and removing impurities. It is transported to the rear car through the transport port, and additives are added and then stirred by agitator. The stirred material is vibratingly pressed and solidified through the permeable brick mold. TNK-50N adopts driverless technology. When the additives in the body of the car are not available, they need to be added manually through the external interface of the additives on the side of the body.
