Jiangmen Tech City – tai mišrios paskirties kompleksas, kuriame 100000 kvadratinių metrų sklype derinami biurai, mokslinių tyrimų ir inovacijų erdvės, prekybos patalpos bei būstas. Projekto įkvėpimo šaltinis – žaliuojantys terasiniai laukai ir tradicinės pietų Kinijos architektūros arkadų erdvės. Sluoksniuoti aukštų atitraukimai formuoja apželdintas terasas, kurios pratęsia žalumą nuo žemės iki stogų. Visuomeniniai pastatai orientuoti į pagrindines gatves, o gyvenamoji zona išdėstyta šiaurinėje pusėje. Bendros darbo erdvės ir viešosios aikštės skirtos verslininkams, mažoms įmonėms ir didesnėms bendrovėms. Statybą planuojama vykdyti etapais.

Unikalios savybės: The overall goal is to create a resilient city. The functional boundaries blur the possibilities and freedom, increase people's return to the land to enjoy the sky, and the original worthless underground becomes the basic service layer and transportation network of the ground space.

Gamybos technologija: The smart health complex integrates health shopping malls, organic restaurants, health clinics and other formats. The medical and health care format has a strong experience, conforms to the commercial value concept guided by a healthy lifestyle and new consumption upgrades, and the huge roof provides a comprehensive all-weather consumption experience.
Dizaino iššūkis: The project will be constructed in stages, and the construction of different sections can also provide a complete image of the city. Public buildings are located near major roads, which helps to beautify the appearance and skyline of the city. The residence is located on the north side, with minimal impact of sunlight on the site, making it easier to fully develop the site.
Tyrimas: Taking green terraced fields as inspiration, the design reflects the regional and cultural characteristics of Lingnan, striving to highlight the design concepts of ecology, health, and green nature. The layered setback creates a rich green space on the roof, extending the greenery from the ground to the sky, making work and life feel like being in a green valley.

Veikimo eiga: A service platform that uses co working as a carrier and community as a link, providing different needs of office space and professional services for entrepreneurs, freelancers, small and micro enterprises, and medium to large enterprises. Immersive shared office space inspires creativity and inspiration, creating a new experience of office space.
