Ko Prestige Life he huinga tari me te whare tauhokohoko kei Seyhan, Adana, Tākei. E tū ana te whare ki runga i tētahi wāhi whenua e 2835 mita pūrua te rahi, ā, ko te katoa o te horahanga hanganga he 3500 mita pūrua, kua whakaritea ki tētahi papa raro whenua, tētahi papa papa, me ngā papa o runga e rua. He raima whakapakari te hanganga, ā, ka whakamahia e te mata o waho ngā papa raima kua ōpehua i mua. Mā ngā wae karaihe nunui e kawe mai te māramatanga o te rā, ā, mā ngā ārai rā poutū e whakaiti te whiwhinga wera. Ka hangaia e te papa papa he ara hīkoi haere tonu me ngā wae tauhokohoko, ā, ka honoa ngā papa o runga e tētahi arawhiti. Ka tautoko ngā papa mahau me ngā marae i te māramatanga me te whakawhitiwhiti tangata.

- Āhuatanga Motuhake
- This office and commercial complex, located in Seyhan, Adana, redefines urban presence on a compact plot wiith its clean geometry, precast facades and layered transparency. The project offers a refined spatial dialogue between interior and exterior. The composition supports a programmatic mix while maintaining timeless architectural clarity.
- Inenga & Pēketanga
- The building sits on a 2835 m2 plot with a total construction area of 3500 m2. It comprises a basement, ground floor and two upper floors, housing office spaces, flexible commercial units, and social interfaces such as terraces and courtyards carefully planned to optimize flow and density.

- Hangarau Whakanao
- The structural system is reinforced concrete, paired with a prefabricated facade system using precast concrete panels. Glazing units maximize daylight, while vertical sunshades reduce heat gain. Smart building technologies are integrated into all floors to optimize energy and user comfort.
- Wero Hoahoa
- A key design challenge was resolving the steep plot angles and rigid façade geometry while preserving programmatic clarity. The integration of cantilevers and a connecting bridge required careful structural articulation. Ensuring two separate volumes speak a shared language while expressing their individuality added further complexity to the architectural dialogue.
- Whakaaweawe
- The project is inspired by the urban rhythm of Adana and the permanence of public structures. Aiming for timelessness, the design relies on repetition, shadow play, and void articulation, transforming structural logic into a soft urban presence anchored in context.
- Roanga o te Kaupapa
- The project was initiated in March and completed in June, following an intensive design process focused on contextual integration and architectural clarity. Located in a commercially dense urban setting in Turkey, the building was shaped by the need to establish public continuity and spatial fluidity through form, transparency and circulation.
- Rerenga Mahi
- The circulation strategy of the project is based on permeability and layering. The ground floor is designed as a continuous pedestrian route with commercial units, while upper floors are connected by a bridge. Vertical and horizontal transitions are defined by voids, terraces and large openings that allow natural light and interaction between different functions.
