Bangunan-bangunan nan tapisah mambantuak kantua pribadi, kawasan karajo basamo, kadai kopi, sarato perpustakaan bahan. Jandela-jandela gadang manyambuangkan kawasan basamo, samantaro bahan panyerap bunyi mandukuang karajo nan tanang. Bahan-bahan lokal saroman batu kapua, tanah liek, jo kayu palm dipakai, sabagai panghormatan taradok karajinan tangan daerah sarato mandukuang kaberlanjutan.
