Tantang Gemdale Inner Peace Primary Function: Pusek Pemasaran

Gemdale Inner Peace adolah pusek pemasaran saluweh 550 meter pasagi nan didisain jo lengkuang modern nan basambuang sarato warna teh jo aia. Jaringan tiang nan taratur mambagi bagian dalam manjadi tigo kawasan fungsional nan tapisah tapi tatap basambuang. Di sumbu pintu masuak, kawasan meja pasia dituruik-i jo camin kalabu nan mambantuak danau camin, sarato lampu gantuang babantuak tetesan tagantuang di ateh. Di ruang teh pado kawasan patamuan, plafon turun ka dindiang jo babuncah lubang-lubang ketek nan bulek. Sabuah bar buku jo plafon sarato dindiang babantuak galombang manghadok ruang teh.

Sifat Unik: The overall plan relies on the arrangement of structured column network, and divides the space into 3 separate and continuous functional areas. With the entrance as the axis, the area sand table is topped by grey mirrors, forming a mirror lake. Drop-like chandeliers pour down, hung in the sky. In the tea room of the meeting area, ceiling falls into the wall, which is scattered with round holes like salmon roe. Tea tables with tea sets are silently integrated into the modern curvilinear form.

Compared with the tea room, the book bar is a little less brown, but with the wave-shaped ceiling and wall, it turns into a wide open charming spaces.
Tantangan Desain: The largest challenge is how to make all necessary functions perfectly integrate with the space in the limited area. Besides, the application and production of curved elements are also the difficult part in the construction.
Penelitian: Looking for today in the context of history and continuing history in contemporary life. Using the unique space design, the designer launched a dialogue between ancient and modern.
The client hoped the core of traditional culture could be shown in the commercial sales centre in an implicit not dramatic way so as to match the identity of educated people. Thus, the designers sought inspiration from Chinese traditional elements and fluent curved elements from natural mountain and water landscape.
Inspirasi: All kinds of space design products also try to find and display our long-standing Chinese culture from the perspective of design, from the use and form of modern functions.
