New Universe marupokan sabuah bangunan tampek tingga nan taletak di Kota Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Rancangan ko manggabuangkan detail Art Deco jo gaya kontemporer nan sederhana. Bagian lua mampakai unsua linear, karajo tangan nan taliti, sarato campuran bahan jo warna nan dekoratif. Dasar bangunan dibuek dari granit hitam nan lembuik, jo bata batakstur ukiran urek kayu nan manambah kesan tekstur. Balkon dilengkapi jo tanaman, pagar kaco transparan, sarato jariah panel klasik jo kaco bawarna. Other than showing the simplicity style, the integration of decoration materials and colors embellished on the exterior create the delicate appearance.

Teknologi Produksi: The balconies are decorated with the verdant plants, the transparent glass parapets, and the classical panel grilles.
