ArtVinegar бол гэртээ дутуу боловсорсон жимснээс жимсний цуу хийх зориулалттай өөрөө хийх иж бүрдэл юм. Иж бүрдэлд шилэн лонх, цуу амтлагчийн сонголт, хэвлэмэл гарын авлага багтдаг. Худалдан авагчид супермаркет, хүнсний зах эсвэл жижиг фермерийн зах дээрх дутуу боловсорсон буюу хэт боловсорсон жимсийг сонгож болно. Лонхыг хайлуулан хөөс гаргах аргаар боловсруулсан хайлмал хүрэн шилээр хийсэн бөгөөд хөөстэй хэв нь цууны исгэх процессын хөөсийг санагдуулдаг. Үйлдвэрлэлийн технологи: The glass bottle of the ArtVinegar is made of commonly recycled brown glass by the bubbling process, and the Square sheng conveys the reminiscence of traditional vinegar making. The bubble pattern on the bottle echoes the bubbles of vinegar fermentation.
ArtVinegar uses "imperfections and gaps" as its imagery and brings sustainability to the vinegar-making experience by focusing on glass reproduction and the circular economy of food.
