Iron Ore Center Үйлдвэрлэлийн Команд тухай

Энэ бол 50 жилийн өмнө баригдаж, хэдэн жил хаягдсан хуучин цех юм. Одоо хаягдсан байдлаасаа дахин сэргэж, Ухаалаг удирдлагын төв болж өөрчлөгдсөн. Төмрийн хүдрийн газар доорх хонгилын орон зай нь дотоод орон зайн нуман хаалганы хэв маягийг бий болгодог гэгээрлийг бүрдүүлдэг. Тэрээр төмрийн хүдрийн газрын доорх төмрийн чулууны саарал өнгийг зонхилох өнгөөр сонгодог. Шугаман гэрэлтүүлгийн тусламжтайгаар үүссэн цаг хугацааны туннелийн мэдрэмж нь орчин үеийн болон өнгөрсөн үеийг органик байдлаар холбодог бөгөөд энэ нь бүхэл бүтэн төвлөрсөн удирдлагын танхимын дизайны хэв маягийг хуулбарлах боломжгүй аж ахуйн нэгжийн өвөрмөц байдлыг бий болгодог.

Iron Ore Center Үйлдвэрлэлийн Команд нь A' Design Award Мөнгөн шагналын ялагч бөгөөд дээд зэргийн, гайхамшигтай, сэтгэл хөдөлгөм загварт олгодог онцгой нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Мөнгөн ялагчид бол маш гялалзсан, маш бүтээлч ажил бөгөөд зохион бүтээгчдийн гарамгай мэдлэг, авьяас, нарийн мэдрэмжийг харуулдаг. Iron Ore Center Үйлдвэрлэлийн Команд нь гайхалтай, үлгэр жишээ, маш мэргэжлийн, гүнзгий шинэлэг бүтээл болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Мөнгөн шагнал хүртсэн энэ загвар бол урлаг, шинжлэх ухаан, загвар, технологийн хил хязгаарыг тэлэхэд хувь нэмэр оруулдаг анхаарал татахуйц, биширсэн шинэ бүтээл юм. Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: Daye iron ore has a long exploitation history. we have exploited for over 1700 years until now.The rest mine resources exploitation age limit is less than 10 years. Our enterprise would make use of the long iron ore exploitation history, and convert it to tourism industry. In order to not make the waste due to the repeated investments, when we design the central control hall, we give consideration to exhibition function, that is to meet the requirements of current enterprise central control operation, and also offer a small-scale museum for the future tourism development.

Үйлдвэрлэлийн технологи: To maintain and reinforce on the original building, avoid the resource waste which incurred due to the repeated construction. The building is located on the high temperature region. Preserving the big and tall space of the building would play the role of insulation.
Дизайны сорилт: Design difficult point: 1. The storey height of original building is 15.6 meters. The lower storey height of truss is 11.6 meters. In order to save the energy and reduce the emission, we add transition layer on the top surface of the original building, which reduce the top surface of the hall to 7 meters. 2. This project is currently the first mine intelligent management center of China, so it shall meet the functional needs of current central control center, meanwhile, it shall avoid the interference of visitors to the operation staff. 3. It would be changed into industrial legacy museum after 10 years. So, we shall guarantee that the existing central control function can be preserved, which can also meet the requirements that the needed exhibition space shall be preserved for the future.
Судалгаа: With the development of the society, the land resource is gradually reduced in China. The contradiction between the old building and current peoples’ needs is gradually outstanding. Demolition and construction violently are to a great extent. In China, housing demolition at early time would waste hundred billion yuan. How to utilize the old building is becoming an unavoidable question.
Урам зориг: The inspiration form is from the enlightenment of iron ore underground space form, which incubated the arch modelling of the interior space. About the colour, we select the unique gray of iron ore underground ironstone.The feeling of time tunnel which is built by the linear lighting would connect the modern times with the past, let the whole central control hall design flavour to be uncopyable and unique.
Төслийн хугацаа: Project address: Tieshan District, Huangshi City, Hubei Province, China. This project is started in December of 2020, and completed in May of 2021.
