Concord Гэрийн эдийн засгийн өрөө тухай

Конкорд бол Хонг Конгийн ахлах сургуульд зориулан зохион бүтээгдсэн гэрийн эдийн засгийн өрөө юм. 1500 хавтгай дөрвөлжин фут талбайг оволь хэлбэрийг тойрон зохион байгуулсан бөгөөд энэ хэлбэрийг хамран багтаах, нэгдмэл байдлыг илэрхийлэхийн тулд сонгосон болно. Сурах орчин оволийн төвд байрлах бөгөөд угаалгын, жигнэх, бэлтгэх болон кафе бүсүүд түүнийг тойрон байрладаг. Цайвар саарал, бараан саарал, модны судалтай шалны плиткүүд нь тус бүр өөрийн бүсийг тэмдэглэж, муруй нуурын цэнхэр өнгийн таазтай өнгө нийлдэг. Цагаан, мод, нуурын цэнхэр өнгийн аялгуу нь хамтарсан сурах болон хамтын ажиллагаанд зориулсан тайван орчныг бүрдүүлдэг.

Concord Гэрийн эдийн засгийн өрөө нь A' Design Award Хүрэл шагналын ялагч бөгөөд бүтээлч чанар, овсгоо, цэцэн ухаанаараа ялгарсан шилдэг загварт олгодог маш нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Хүрэл ялагчид бол хангалттай ур чадвартай, гайхалтай бүтээлч ажил бөгөөд зохион бүтээгчдийн өргөн туршлага, төсөөлөл, самбаатай байдлыг баталдаг. Concord Гэрийн эдийн засгийн өрөө нь өндөр үнэлэгдсэн, биширсэн, хайрласан зүйл, мэдэгдэхүйц мэргэжлийн, шинэлэг байх болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Хүрэл шагнал хүртсэн энэ загвар нь урлаг, шинжлэх ухаан, загвар, технологийн шилдэг туршлагыг шингээж, нарийн ширийнд анхаарал хандуулснаараа тод юм. Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: We believe every student have different potential. Students have various background and ability, there are unlimited possibility inside them. The Home Economics Room is expected to create a safe, inclusive and affiliated atmosphere. The designer choose an oval design that symbolize inclusion and togetherness. Students can use this room to cooperate and complement each other.

Дизайны сорилт: The Hong Kong education system is designed to be more quantitative in decades. School environment is uncharacterized and lacks attention to students needs. We think that every space should be user friendly and unique. The designer hope to activates a new learning experience for the students through the oval structure of Home Management room. Through better learning environment, students can learn different skills, build up confidence and develop correct values.
Судалгаа: The one-way communication between teacher and students are not effective and decrease the interest in students to learn. School is not a factory; education should be student based to find out the potential from everyone. The newly designed Home Economics room can increase the efficiency of teaching and learning between teacher and students, as well as looking after individual difference. In the learning process, students develop interpersonal relationship, life skills that prepare them to blend into a harmonious society.
Урам зориг: The whole space is structured by an oval. Students learn in this oval room and build up relationship. This design also provides a safe feeling for students. Lake blue curved ceiling increase the feeling of peacefulness. Outside the oval, recessed downlight surrounded everyone to provide warm spacing. We choose white, wood and lake blue as the main color in order to let students feel warm and comfortable while learning.
Төслийн хугацаа: The project finished in Feb 2022 in Hong Kong Red Swastika Society Tai Po Secondary School.
Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: In terms of planning the space, we divided different areas according to the oval. In the middle of the oval is the learning area. There are different areas outside the oval : the laundry area ,the baking area and the preparation area. The cafe area has professional level coffee machines for students to brew coffee and practice their latte art skills for their professional development. In addition, the designer hide a desk with power socket for the sewing class. The floor tile consists of light grey, dark grey and wood grain ovals to divide different areas. It corresponds the ceiling to increase the interest of space.
