Cl7A нь Сингапур улсад байрлах шатаар авирдаг дэлгүүрийн байшин (shophouse) хэлбэрийн орон сууцны дотоод засал чимэглэлийн төсөл юм. 978 хавтгай дөрвөлжин фут талбай бүхий энэхүү орон сууц нь хоёр унтлагын өрөө, хоёр угаалгын өрөө, мөн зочны болон хоолны өрөөтэй нэгдмэл байдлаар холбогдсон нээлттэй загварын гал тогооны өрөөтэй. Анхны дэлгүүрийн байшингийн онцлог шинж чанар болох ил гарсан модон дам нуруутай налуу таазыг хэвээр нь хадгалсан байна. Гялгар өнгөлгөөтэй бетон шал, дулаан өнгийн мод, гранит зэрэг нь орон зайд гүн гүнзгий байдал, тодосгол нэмж өгсөн байна. Архитектурын хатуу шугамуудыг зөөлөн хөшиг, сонгомол урлагийн бүтээлүүд тэнцвэржүүлж байна. Хуучирсан орон сууцыг сэргээн засварласан бөгөөд орчин үеийн тав тухыг нэмж оруулсан болно.
