The V Байшин тухай

V Хаус нь орчин үеийн загварыг тогтвортой байдалтай хослуулсан орчин үеийн оршин суух байр юм. Цэвэр шугам, нээлттэй орон зай болон байгалийн материалууд нь түүний архитектурын хэлийг тодорхойлж, биофилик зарчмууд нь байгальтай холбоог улам бэхжүүлдэг. Нарны зайн систем, KNX автоматжуулалт болон эко технологи нь уялдаа холбоотойгоор нэгтгэгдсэн нь өндөр түвшний гоо зүй байгаль орчны хариуцлагатай хэрхэн зэрэгцэн оршиж чадахыг харуулж байна.

The V Байшин нь A' Design Award Төмөр шагналын ялагч бөгөөд сайн зохиогдсон бүтээлээс хүлээгддэг мэргэжлийн болон үйлдвэрлэлийн шаардлагыг хангасан сайн загварт олгодог нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Төмөр ялагчид бүтээгчдийнхээ агуу ур чадвар, өндөр мэргэшил, мэргэжилтний ойлголт, бүтээлч чадавхийг харуулдаг. The V Байшин нь өндөр үнэлэгдсэн, биширсэн, хайрласан, практик, шинэлэг бүтээл байх болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Өвөрмөц шинж чанарууд: The V House is a groundbreaking future Leed Gold-certified, net-zero energy luxury residence that blends sustainability with modern design. It features advanced smart technologies, energy-efficient systems, and biophilic design elements that reduce environmental impact without compromising comfort. Integrating photovoltaic panels, smart home automation, and sustainable materials sets new standards for luxury real estate, offering a seamless connection between nature, technology, and elegance.
Хэмжээ & Савлагаа: Spanning 425 sqm over four levels, the residence uses energy efficient insulation, triple glazed windows, and smart systems like knx automation to control climate and energy usage. The rooftop pool features an eco friendly heat pump, ensuring sustainability and luxury.

High-performance materials, smart automation, and integrated photovoltaic panels enhance energy efficiency, reducing the environmental impact of the development.
Дизайны сорилт: The challenge was merging luxury with sustainability while retrofitting an older structure. Balancing architectural integrity with green technologies required innovative solutions to meet stringent Leed standards and modernize without compromising environmental goals.
Судалгаа: This project explores retrofitting an existing property into a Leed Gold certified, net-zero energy smart home. Through audits, energy tests, and Leed guidelines, the design team enhanced insulation and integrated efficient systems, setting a new benchmark for eco friendly luxury living.
Урам зориг: The V House, or alternatively Boomerang, was driven by the goal of integrating sustainability with modern luxury, transforming an existing structure into an energy-efficient, environmentally responsible residence. Inspired by LEED principles, it balances cutting-edge architecture, green design, and nature to redefine luxury living while minimizing environmental impact.
Төслийн хугацаа: Τhis sustainable and smart project will be completed in May 2025. It is set to become one of Greece’s first Leed Gold-certified residence. It promotes urban cooling, biodiversity, and enhanced green space, combining cutting-edge design with environmental stewardship.
Үйл ажиллагааны урсгал: The V House embraces smart, energy efficient living. Automated systems adjust temperature, lighting, and energy use to optimize comfort and reduce consumption.
