हाँगयांग कैसा रिव्हरसाइड मॅन्शन हे चीनमधील नानजिंग येथील ६९७ चौरस मीटरचे विक्री केंद्र आहे. आतील रचना "चार जलधारा दालनात परत येणे" या संकल्पनेवर आधारित आहे, ज्यामध्ये उतरत्या छतावरील पावसाचे पाणी सर्व बाजूंनी मध्यवर्ती अंगणात वाहते. या मांडणीत पारंपरिक जियांगनान घरांच्या क्रमवार छतांचा वापर केला असून पूर्वेकडील शहाणपण आधुनिक पद्धतींद्वारे व्यक्त केले आहे. वापरलेल्या साहित्यांमध्ये चिनी नक्षीकाम असलेले धातूचे जाळे, काचेच्या विटा, दगड आणि काचेची पडदा-भिंत यांचा समावेश आहे. झरोक्यातून येणारा सूर्यप्रकाश बदलत्या प्रकाश आणि सावलीची निर्मिती करतो.
