Lakeville Regency Residence निवासी आंतरिक रचना बद्दल
लेकव्हिल रीजन्सी रेसिडेन्स हे चीनमधील शांघाय शहराच्या मध्यभागी असलेले एक खाजगी निवासस्थान आहे. आतील रचना आधुनिक वसाहतकालीन शैलीत केली आहे. संपूर्ण जागेत काळ्या आणि पांढऱ्या रंगांचा विरोधाभास वापरण्यात आला आहे. साहित्यामध्ये लहान विटांच्या आकारात कापलेला टेराझो, विणलेल्या पोताची कागद, आणि सुदूर पूर्वेकडील स्थापत्य तपशील असलेल्या खिडक्यांच्या झडपांचा समावेश आहे. दिवाणखान्यात किमानतावादी बेटे (आयलंड्स) आणि लटकवलेली शेगडी (हँगिंग फायरप्लेस) ठळकपणे दिसते. लपवलेले दरवाजे आणि सॉकेट पॅनेल्ससारखे तपशील अत्यंत साधेपणाने हाताळले असून, जागेच्या वातावरणात व्यत्यय न आणता कार्यक्षमता राखली आहे. या निवासस्थानाचे क्षेत्रफळ २८० चौरस मीटर आहे.
