The project is built at the foot of the mountain, enjoying the landscape of Nanyue Mountain and facing the Nanming River. - The architect intends to increase the hierarchy of the building through the frame. The creamy-white and dark gray colors are used to enhance the sense of high-level sequence while the strong lines are used to surround the composite surface, and the dark color is used inside to form a virtual real contrast with the outer frame, so as to enhance the tension of the building. The facade composition system forms a simple and straight modern sense.

- The design team makes full use of the nature of the mountain to solve the complex height difference and slope problems through the treatment of multi-level platform. They also decrease the impact of the east main road noise on the community with the help of the terrain. That reduces the impact of the surrounding adverse factors, and deals with the relationship between the construction and the site.

- The geomorphic features of nine mountains embrace one water in Guiyang are integrated into the design concept, and the concept of landscape embedded in city is extracted. Focusing on the changing relationship between landscape environment and urban texture, a new look of jade can be seen through broken stones. With the help of modern materials such as stone and glass curtain wall, the natural artistic conception of simplicity can be expressed.
