Gambo ialah bekas kedap udara yang direka untuk menyimpan biji kopi. Bekas ini mempunyai struktur dwilapisan dan reka bentuk kedap berganda dengan pengancing dan gelang silikon, yang menghadkan pemindahan haba dan menghalang oksigen daripada masuk. Injap udara sehala melepaskan karbon dioksida yang terhasil semasa proses pemanggangan. Meter kelembapan menunjukkan tahap kelembapan simpanan secara masa nyata, membolehkan bekas dipindahkan apabila diperlukan. Cakera rekod tarikh di bahagian atas dan papan buletin logam membolehkan maklumat penyimpanan dicatatkan.
