Mengenai In Between Octaves Rumah Ramen Jepun

Ini adalah projek reka bentuk yang mengintegrasikan unsur-unsur oriental ke dalam sebuah pusat membeli-belah bercorak barat. Sistem warna keseluruhan ruang adalah terutamanya putih dan corak ira kayu. Susunan tanglung kaligrafi tulisan tangan digunakan untuk membingkai kawasan dapur luar dan ruang makan seperti sebuah skor muzik. Para chef ramen memasak dengan semangat Isshokenmei. Dari saat mereka beratur sehingga akhir santapan mereka, para tetamu menunjukkan kecintaan mereka terhadap ramen dan Tsukemen, bagaikan melodi indah yang bergema dalam ruang tersebut. Nota-nota secara berterusan mempersembahkan ruang Jepun kontemporari dengan trek bunyi di antara skor ruang.

Ciri-Ciri Unik: In a westernized shopping mall, we incorporate oriental elements into the space.
Through architectural manipulation technique, a grid sequence is created where the central axis runs through the space, creating a relationship between the new and old parallel axes. An array of hand-written calligraphy lanterns is used to frame the outer kitchen and dining areas like a musical score.
Notes continuously perform the contemporary Japanese space with sound tracks between the spatial scores.

Teknologi Pengeluaran: We made the following attempts to visualize the spatial atmosphere we want to convey:

5. Long wall tiles extend against textured white wallpaper

Cabaran Reka Bentuk: We must complete the construction within 45 days to catch up with the Christmas events in the area where the restaurant is located.
Penyelidikan: The ramen shop owner insists on using natural ingredients such as pork bones to cook the secret soup every week, in order to let gourmets taste the delicious soup.
The owner told us, when we think back to eating ramen in Japan, we remember how lucky we were to get seats at the counter. The way they shook the noodles, accompanied by their spirited shouts, made us even more excited for the ramen to be served.
How to make this space reflect the focused spirit of ramen chef is our goal.

Tempoh Projek: The project was designed in October 2022.
The project began construction in November 2022.
The restaurant had a trial operation in December 2022.
The restaurant officially opened in January 2023 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Aliran Operasi: When customers enter the store, you can observe the ramen chef's preparation process due to the open kitchen. The sound of the ramen chef shaking the noodles and his spirited shouting make people look forward to the ramen being served.
The inner and outer kitchens form an O-shaped circulation line through two food delivery ports, allowing for smooth execution of food preparation, soup making, meal delivery, recycling, and cleaning.
