Separable ialah periuk nasi elektrik dengan tapak pemanas yang boleh ditanggalkan. Pada kebanyakan periuk nasi, hanya periuk dalaman yang boleh dikeluarkan, jadi bahagian pemanas terbiar tanpa digunakan setelah nasi masak. Separable membolehkan tapak pemanas ditanggalkan dan digunakan secara berasingan sebagai dapur induksi untuk memasak makanan lain. Dinding luar diperbuat daripada bahan penebat, jadi nasi kekal panas walaupun tapak telah ditanggalkan. Bahagian bawah logam menggunakan bahan yang mempunyai kekonduksian terma yang baik bagi memanfaatkan sepenuhnya haba yang dihasilkan. Periuk ini berukuran 320 x 330 x 260 mm.
