Teks Buku: Xinwanxin Noodles ialah sebuah ruang dalaman restoran yang terletak di Jalan Nanchang bersejarah di Wuxi. Projek ini merangkumi kawasan seluas 380 meter persegi. Pintu masuknya mengekalkan ciri-ciri serantau tradisional seperti dinding putih, jubin hitam, gerbang pendakap dan cucur atap yang melengkung ke atas. Tingkap kayu terbuka dan dua pintu kaca membawa cahaya matahari masuk ke ruang dalaman. Lobi tingkat bawah menggunakan halaman dalam berbumbung kaca asal rumah lama tersebut, digabungkan dengan kekisi kaca dan kayu yang membahagikan ruang sambil menyesuaikan pencahayaan. Kawasan pameran, runcit, dapur dan tempat duduk disusun semula untuk menyokong model penyajian makanan layan diri.
