The first was to design a smaller stationary ultrasound that is strong enough to resist damage in a medical setting while still being small enough to reduce packaging and shipping costs. Air circulation was the second. Zino no longer needs to be turned off to cool down because its air circulation has improved, and it can now be used continuously. The other was to create a strong body structure that will save cost on maintenance.
Tēyōllālīliztli: Zino is an ultrasound system designed on the orders of Med Fanavaran Plus. The idea was to create a low-cost device that could be used by professionals in addition to cost savings, which made the device available to a target group with less financial strength, the design team aimed to add value by aesthetic innovation.
Tēquitl Cāhuitl: the project started in August 2020 in Tehran and finished in June 2021 in Tehran
Tēquitl Ōhuitl: Zino's control panel is for people who prefer and are more confident with a physical control panel. To get to the optimal setting possible, the buttons are set based on user interviews, user observation, the intensity of use, and a review of existing samples.
