Gradually accumulating an audience of investors ready to buy large complex assets, we realized that they might be interested not only in collateral and noncore assets of our bank, but also in assets that sell other banks and market participants, and thus we decided to transform Portal DA into a marketplace and created iOS application

- Customers can easily find the necessary asset (we created a unique classifier of business assets, and users can search by a range of parameters including full text search), get detailed information on the chosen asset (for each category, sellers fill in special fields, for instance, when placing a shopping center, a seller indicates Gross Building Area, Gross Leasable Area, and a seller of a vessel indicates the deadweight, side length and draft, which allows potential investors to quickly plunge into the asset and make an investment decision) and order a related service.
