Suntory PepsiCo Office er et arbeidsmiljø på 2100 kvadratmeter i Ho Chi Minh-byen, Vietnam. Designet etterligner strømmen av en elv gjennom et buet takbelysningssystem og mønsteret på skilleveggene, som bidrar til en rolig atmosfære midt i en dynamisk by. Mønstre fra den gamle Dong Son-trommen og bruken av bambus refererer til vietnamesisk kultur. Planløsningen er en hybrid, fleksibel arbeidsplass som samtidig beholder tradisjonelle arbeidsstasjoner. Separate soner støtter samarbeid, kunnskapsdeling og oppgaver som krever konsentrasjon.

- Unike egenskaper
- This is the Suntory PepsiCo office interior design created to imitate the flow of the river such as the curved ceiling light system or pattern of partition that uphold the calm and cozy feeling amid the very dynamic city.
Across the office, ADP feature the company core values along with the Vietnamese elements. The pattern from ancient Dong Son Drum and the bamboo materials was used to highlight the wonderful journey of Suntory PepsiCo in Viet Nam and their commitment to the Vietnamese people. - Dimensjoner og emballasje

- The Suntory PepsiCo headquarters delivers an immersive brand experience and the company’s core values that support employees to connect better with the company. This approach combines the calm, elegant mood board with the branding colors, premium material, tailored details that promote the connection of employees and the organization. In addition, ADP leverage the diversity of Suntory PepsiCo products to create inspiring areas featuring images of the products which encourages collaboration, interaction and creativity.

- We proposed a solution that helps staff easily adapt to the activity-based working which is a modern workstyle in Viet Nam.

- The ADP-Architects team conducted the workplace index survey which measured the performance of the old office to optimize the design to meet all the requirements of the aim users.

- The design of the Suntory PepsiCo Office is inspired by the company's spirit - the ‘Yatter Minahare’ which is the ambition to dream big, take challenges, and never give up, Suntory PepsiCo wants to strengthen and maintain the leading position in the beverage industry, pursue sustainable development objectives and bring benefits to not only employees and business partners but also contribute to the communities where the company do business and operations.

- The Unilever Homebase project started in September 2021 and finished in December 2021 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor of Sheraton Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam

- The Suntory PepsiCo Viet Nam office is a hybrid agile workplace offering diverse choices as to where and how people work while still retaining some traditional workstations to help staff easily adapt to the new working model.
With the focus on human development, ADP builds up space where all activities are supported, from cross-team collaboration, sharing knowledge, brainstorming to the private task that needs great concentration.
