One Hengqin-Macao Bay er et salgssenter som ligger i 43. etasje i Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building i Zhuhai, et tårn med en høyde på 339 meter. Interiøret dekker 1000 kvadratmeter. Designet tar utgangspunkt i konseptene skyer og stigende tidevann, og rammer inn utsikten mot hav og himmel utenfor vinduene. Metallinjer former veggene, mens gulvet er lagt med parkett i høyrent marmor. Layouten støtter tre bruksmåter: kommunikasjon, avslapning og arbeid. Naturlig lys og skygge føres inn i rommet og skaper en oppslukende opplevelse.

- The space superimposes highly complex multi-format scenes. The metal lines in the shape of the wall are relatively complex, and high-purity marble parquets are used to pave the ground to form a fashionable space with both luxurious taste and strong modern flavor.

Through the internalized understanding of each state, it focuses on the inner expression.
