Freeze Into Fragment of Time er en leppestiftemballasje inspirert av timeglasset. Kroppen er formet som et timeglass og er dekket med svært transparent PETG, slik at produktet minner om et timeglass frosset inne i is. Overflaten er formet av uregelmessige, mangefasetterte skala som reflekterer selv en svak lysstråle til et klart høylys. En tosidig sprøytestøpingsmetode ble utviklet for å forhindre materialkrymping og overflateujevnheter samtidig som lysbrytningen bevares. Emballasjen måler 20 ganger 20 ganger 80 millimeter.

- Carslan aim for a groundbreaking lipstick. “Sand of Time” is the major inspiration of the design, conveying the sense that all cosmetic products should basically stop time flowing away and thus help women to keep their beauty and grace at any age. Use deconstructionism to express the idea that all women with different personalities and values should be respected. So the irregular multifaceted scales are shaped, which can reflect even a weakest beam of light into a highlight to the product.

It solves the problem of material shrinkage and surface unevenness due to thickness while retaining light refraction.
