- It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing.

- Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable.
The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view. - परियोजना अवधि

- Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
