Beile Hotpot is een interieurontwerp voor een houtskoolvuur koperpan hotpotrestaurant in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. De locatie beslaat 260 vierkante meter en volgt de architectonische stijl van de Chinese Qing-dynastie. Het plan is ingedeeld in symmetrische vierkante patronen, en het plafond doet denken aan de pen-en-gatverbinding van een oude nokbalk. Op maat gemaakte lampen hebben de vorm van traditionele dakranden. Een doorschijnende zachte folie met een handgeschilderd landschapstafereel verlicht de openbare ruimte aan de achterzijde. Cinnaber, blauw, roodgoud en houttinten bepalen het kleurenschema.
