Sunny House is een interieurontwerp voor een modelwoning, gecreëerd om bezoekers een woonindeling te presenteren. De ruimte beslaat 380 vierkante meter. Lichte tinten domineren het interieur, met accenten van brons metaal en walnoot die een oosterse sfeer weerspiegelen. Warmgrijze marmerpatronen contrasteren met grote oppervlakken beige en grijs wandtextiel en donkere walnoothouten wanden. Chinese elementen en een modern stedelijk karakter komen samen in één scène om een rustige en elegante omgeving te creëren. Alle wanden zijn van beton, waardoor het ontwerp de open ruimte en de fijne details benadrukt.

- Although the purpose of the model unit is to display the designs available in the complex, the space it creates is comparable to that of life. Therefore, the designers believe that the display should return to the essence of life, that is, the common spiritual and material needs of the people.
