Over Cocoda Stoel
Cocoda is een stoel gemaakt van massief hout. De stoel kenmerkt zich door verfijnde driedimensionaal gebogen armleuningen, die uit massief hout zijn gesneden. Deze vorm kan niet worden geproduceerd door het buigen van hout. Elk exemplaar wordt met de hand gesneden door vakmensen met behulp van Japanse schaven en messen. De gesneden zitting voelt zacht aan, hoewel het hout hard is, waardoor langdurig zitten mogelijk is. Het ontwerp behoudt alleen de noodzakelijke functies, volgens het idee dat eenvoud comfort en schoonheid brengt. De stoel meet 700 mm in breedte, 520 mm in diepte en 725 mm in hoogte, met een zithoogte van 420 mm.

We thought that a simple chair with only the necessary functions is the most comfortable and most beautiful.
