Over IC100 Mobile 3D X-ray Fluoroscope Mobiele 3D-röntgenfluoroscoop

IC100 is een mobiele 3D-röntgenfluoroscoop ontworpen voor gebruik tijdens operaties. Het apparaat legt video, stilstaande beelden en driedimensionale beelden vast. De C-boog en het werkstation zijn samengevoegd tot één wagen, wat ruimte bespaart in de operatiekamer en het toestel gemakkelijker verplaatsbaar maakt. Een brede C-ringopening is geschikt voor tal van chirurgische scenario's. Smart-Link-technologie verbindt het systeem met chirurgische robots en verkort de voorbereidende werkstroom. Een CMOS-detector ondersteunt een hoge beeldkwaliteit bij lage doses. Een aparte beeldconsole maakt belichting op afstand mogelijk, waardoor de stralingsblootstelling voor het medisch personeel wordt verminderd.

C-Arm is a mature market,3D C-Arm sales are very limited.Demand of robotic surgery brought a huge market to 3D C-Arm.Existing C-Arm designed for manual surgery,has huge drawbacks to work with robot:
Complex procedures,inefficient,patient anesthesia risk,collision risk,high radiation,big size,low intelligence,poor images+surgical adaptability+visual field,low 3D accuracy
Inspiratie: C-Arm is a must have for the popular Orthopedic robots, while existing-C-Arm doesn’t fit to robots.
Workflow:
Except 13-step surgical process,robot+existing C-Arm ask an extra 15-step and a technician to finish preoperative preparation, and additional 10-20min surgical time,reduced surgical efficiency and added patients’ anesthesia risk.
Large size of existing dual-trolley C-Arm affect surgeons’ work space, surgical result,even surgical safety. Operation room:limited space,densely equipped and staffed.
Projectduur: The project started in March 2021 in Nanjing China and finished in January 2022. The product have entered into mass production and is used in hospitals.
