Over Whale 0 Kussen
Whale 0 is een kussen gevormd naar het gestroomlijnde lichaam van een walvis. De gebogen vorm ondersteunt het hoofd, het gezicht en de nek, en past zich aan bij slaaphoudingen op de rug, zij en buik. Het kussen is gemaakt van kooldioxide-polyol en polyolen op basis van biologische plantaardige olie, die het gebruik van fossiele brandstoffen verminderen en de biologische afbreekbaarheid verbeteren. Voor de productie van het schuim wordt een volledig watergedreven schuimproces gebruikt. Het materiaal is hydrofiel, waardoor het oppervlak droog en ademend blijft. De walvisvorm is bedoeld om een kalm gevoel van rust en veiligheid in de slaapkamer te brengen.

- The artistic pillow with a unique bionic whale shaped design emotionally gives a sense of peace and safety. Carbon dioxide polyol and natural bio vegetable oil polyols as main materials align with the idea of environmental protection. The distinctive materials, and the fully water blown green foaming process, offering users a 0 pressure comfortable sleeping experience.

- Carbon dioxide is captured to react with propylene oxide under a special catalyst, so as to produce poly propylenecarbonatepolyol, namely carbon dioxide polyol, greatly reducing the dependence on fossil fuels.

- The design team, utilizing the knowledge of materials science, bionics and ergonomics, has successfully developed a environmentally friendly, comfortable and healthy new pillow. The tests show that the pillow can significantly improve the sleeping quality of users, satisfy their emotional needs, and ease the environmental burden. The innovative materials coupled with the bionic design provide new ideas and new directions for the design of modern home products.

- The pillow draws inspiration from whales swimming in the ocean, which, as a large and gentle creature, symbolize peace and protection. The whale shaped pillow is expected to bring the vastness and tranquility of the ocean to the bedroom, making every sleep become a spiritual voyage. Taking into account the streamlined body of whales, the pillow shape is further optimized to ensure that the pillow provides the optimum comfort and support for users regardless of sleeping positions.

- The product started its design in October, 2023 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, and will be launched in September, 2024 in China, America, Germany, Japan, etc.
