Het project integreert door cenotes geïnspireerde zwembaden, infinity pools op het dak en een kunstmatig strandzwembad, wat de onderdompeling in de schoonheid van de natuur versterkt. Lokaal gewonnen materialen en een op de zonnewende gebaseerde indeling verbinden de architectuur met haar omgeving.
