Over Jingdong Jzao Wok

Jingdong Jzao is een wok ontworpen voor dagelijks huishoudelijk koken. De wokbodem combineert zuiver zwart gietijzer met een titaniumplasmacoating, waarbij keramisch titaniumpoeder in het ijzer wordt versmolten tot een microporeuze laag. Het resulterende oppervlak is antiaanbak zonder coating en bestand tegen roest en corrosie. Een centrale schroef wordt door middel van insert-spuitgieten met het handvat verbonden, terwijl een antilosraakring van rubber en een moer het handvat stabiel houden. Een warmte-isolerende structuur beschermt de gebruiker tegen brandwonden. De rode afwerking verwijst naar de ceremoniële hoofdtooien van het oude Chinese keizerlijke hof.
