Solara Hybrid is 's werelds eerste hybride stofzuiger, die de kracht van een sledestofzuiger combineert met het gemak van een snoerloze steelstofzuiger. Het dockingstation met wielen maakt moeiteloos schakelen tussen modi mogelijk, waardoor de belasting voor de gebruiker wordt verminderd. De 400W motor en dubbele accu zorgen voor krachtige zuigkracht en tot 120 minuten bedrijfstijd. Vervaardigd uit duurzame, lichtgewicht materialen met een kosteneffectieve metalen afwerking, geeft het patent pending ontwerp prioriteit aan efficiëntie, ergonomie en gebruiksgemak. Unieke Eigenschappen: Solara Hybrid is an innovative cordless vacuum that combines the power of a canister vacuum with the convenience of a stick vacuum, eliminating the need for two devices. A 400W motor and 8 cell 28.8V battery provide strong suction, while the dual-battery system allows up to 120 minutes of use. With a 1.4L dustbin and seamless charging, it ensures an efficient, cable free, and fatigue free cleaning experience, making it the first of its kind in the world.

Productietechnologie: Solara Hybrid is crafted using high durability, lightweight materials such as reinforced ABS and aluminum for an optimal balance of strength and portability. To achieve the premium metallic finish in a cost effective way, we utilized the hot stamping method. Designing surfaces compatible with this technique requires advanced expertise. The motor and battery system ensure high efficiency, while the docking station enables seamless transformation. The design is currently patent pending.
Ontwerpuitdaging: The biggest challenge was integrating the power of a canister vacuum into a cordless design while maintaining user comfort. Designing a wheeled docking system with an automatic locking mechanism required extensive prototyping. Optimizing weight distribution, ensuring durability, and developing a cost effective metallic finish using hot stamping were key hurdles. Over two years, we overcame these challenges through rigorous testing, innovative engineering, and material optimization.
Onderzoek: The research focused on enhancing the usability and efficiency of cordless vacuums. The objective was to minimize user fatigue while preserving strong cleaning performance. Over two years of rigorous testing and the development of hundreds of prototypes, user interviews, market analysis, and real-life household tests identified the need for a hybrid model. These insights led to the creation of an ergonomic wheeled docking system and a dual-battery design, improving both convenience and cleaning efficiency.
Inspiratie: The inspiration for Solara Hybrid came from the need for a more versatile and user friendly cleaning solution. Most households own both a canister vacuum for deep cleaning and a cordless stick vacuum for quick tasks.To eliminate this redundancy, a single device was developed to combine the benefits of both vacuum types. Extensive research on ergonomics and user fatigue led to the creation of a wheeled docking system, ensuring easy maneuverability and improved cleaning efficiency.

Werkproces: Solara Hybrid operates as both a cordless stick vacuum and a canister vacuum with a simple transformation. When used upright, it offers quick, hassle free cleaning. For deeper cleaning, the main unit docks onto a wheeled station, reducing strain and improving mobility. A custom designed locking system automatically secures the unit when docked. With two interchangeable batteries, it provides up to 120 minutes of continuous use, ensuring a seamless and efficient cleaning experience.
