Over Zhanjiang Chengfa Runyue Interieurontwerp Verkoopcentrum

Zhanjiang Chengfa Runyue is een life lab center en verkoopruimte gelegen in Zhanjiang, in de provincie Guangdong. Het interieur beslaat 1391 vierkante meter. De indeling volgt de hoekige vorm van het gebouw en maakt gebruik van stompe vouwlijnen die de zichtlijnen verbreden, natuurlijk licht binnenbrengen en scherpe hoeken wegnemen. Een centrale showcase opent naar een buitenruimte die een podium, een modewinkel en een café met elkaar verbindt, terwijl een aparte expositiezone rustig blijft. Er is gebruikgemaakt van hout, kalksteen en bewerkt terrazzo, en inheemse planten verbeteren de luchtkwaliteit binnen.

Productietechnologie: For environmental protection, the project uses inorganic and locally sourced natural materials, such as wood and limestone. They undergo only essential protective treatments like corrosion prevention to retain authentic textures, and the dynamic contrasts between different materials evoke a natural, soothing atmosphere.
The terrazzo flooring, treated with crystallization, enhances moisture resistance. The native plants improve indoor air quality, reflecting an ecologically friendly philosophy.

Onderzoek: Modern young families often face overwhelming anxieties and pressures. In response, this project pioneers an open stage concept to shatter interpersonal and functional boundaries and reshape community spirit. It also blends immersive experiences with local culture, perfectly combining functionality and aesthetics. With vibrant space forms and lifestyle elements, it inspires curiosity, energizes the neighborhood, and ultimately promotes urban cultural heritage and sustainable development.
Inspiratie: Inspired by the coastal terraced fields in Zhanjiang, this project reinterprets local cultural elements through modern design. The interplay of light and shadow, along with the thoughtful spatial sequencing, creates various living scenarios rich in regional traits, cultivating highly interactive social environments for modern families.
The rustic tones, including beige, white, and gray, set a warm, modern foundation, while the orange furnishings and lush greenery infuse the space with vitality.
Projectduur: Located in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, the project began its design phase in Beijing in 2023 and reached completion in October 2024.
Werkproces: Following the angular layout of the building, the design uses obtuse angled fold lines to maximize views and bring in more natural light while eliminating sharp corners for a safer sense. The central showcase flows seamlessly into the outdoor interactive space, uniting the stage, fashion store, and cafe. The exhibition zone is set apart, making a quiet contrast to vibrant spaces. The multifunctional space planning and hybrid traffic flow design dissolve boundaries for more enjoyable interaction.
