Over Simple New Fashion Kantoorinterieurontwerp
Simple New Fashion is een kantoorinterieurontwerp dat in augustus 2019 werd voltooid in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. Het pand beslaat 198 vierkante meter. Het interieur volgt een Amerikaanse industriële stijl. IJzeren roosters en blootliggende vloerplaten vervangen afgewerkte plafonds, waardoor leidingen en ruw cement zichtbaar blijven. Grote raampartijen met uitzicht blijven behouden voor de medewerkers. Felle kleuren worden vermeden en vervangen door decoraties met een lage chroma. Scheidingswanden structureren de ruimte van de lobby tot aan de barhoek. Het doel is een rustige en comfortabele werksfeer.

- Removing the gloomy and oppressive spatial ambience of general offices as in the old times, this design project deviates from the past to create an American industrial style, focusing on the joint conveyance of spatial fashion sentiment and vision for the venue, conducting interior design and the creation of spatial ambience via rational thoughts.

- Moreover, a single sofa is placed at a corner of the Lobby, while a curtain at the back wall ingeniously camouflages the distribution board, revealing a gentle, coarse and unrestrained sentiment.

- The spatial design emphasizes creativity and the demonstrated ideal unity, with the injection of designer’s emotional distribution, the view is limited but the meaning is endless; allow the emotions and the scenes of the space to fuse together, guiding the experiencer to an imaginative spatial state, thereby allowing work not to be boring and oppressive, but rather a relaxing and leisurely romantic experience.

- Werkproces
- The large window views are specially kept for the employees, while strong colors and sophisticated design decorations are eliminated and replaced by spatial decorations with low chroma, guiding the purity of life to every day. In the space, partition designs are applied from the Lobby to the Bar area, we have replaced the exposed ceiling with some iron grids or directly exposed floor slab, allowing the pipelines and the original coarse cement to be revealed, completely demonstrating an industrial style.
