Mawu a Bukhu: Light Series ndi chophimba chonse cha nkhope chopumira chothandizidwa ndi mphamvu yamagetsi chomwe chili ndi sefa ya HEPA yolumikizidwa mkati. Chophimbachi ndi maziko osinthasintha omwe amagwiritsidwa ntchito m'njira zambiri, kuphatikizapo ntchito za tsiku ndi tsiku, zamankhwala, masewera, ndi chitetezo m'mafakitale. Mpweya umakokedwa ndi fani yosalira phokoso ndipo umayeretsedwa ndi sefa za HEPA asanapite mkati mwa chophimbacho. Opambana a Bronze ndi zinthu zaluso kwambiri ndi zolenga modabwitsa zomwe zimatsimikizira zochitika zazikulu, kulingalira ndi kuchenjera kwa opanga awo. Light Series Ntchito Yaikulu: Chophimba Chopumira akuyembekezeka kukhala chinthu choyamikiridwa, chosirira ndi chokondedwa, chaukatswiri wapadera ndi chatsopano. Mapangidwe opambana Mphoto ya Bronze ya A' Design Award awa amaphatikiza machitidwe abwino kwambiri a luso, sayansi, kapangidwe ndi ukadaulo ndipo ndi abwino kwambiri chifukwa cha kusamala kwawo zazing'ono. Vuto la Dizayini: The most important and most difficult was to create ergonomics and usability for the mask itself and its controls for the mask to be comfortable for daily use in normal life.
Kafukufuku: The project ignited as response to the pandemic. Currently, the mask is undergoing the PPE III certification and "crowd-testing" by selected betta testers. Started by one company, today a number of the specialized companies involved in the project being involved in the implementation of "add-ons" into the mask for it to be a respiratory platform, rather than just respirator.
We target the mask to be available on the market by May-June this year.
Chilimbikitso: This project started in 2019, even before we knew about the pandemic, but when pandemic broke out, we changed our direction a little bit when we found out PPE market needs innovation. Besides that, we are fans of Star Trek and Star Wars and we wanted to create something futuristic.
Nthawi ya Polojekiti: Project started in 2nd half of 2019. Market launch is expected to happen in the following months.
Mdondomeko ya Ntchito: Air is being taken in with a powerful silent fan from the outside and cleaned by HEPA filters (99.9% efficiency) before it is supplied into the mask. Exchangeable around face cushion allows to accommodate mask to the most faces with low-pressure tight fit for comfortable use during long hours.
