Mawu a Bukhu: Future Headquarters Community ndi kapangidwe ka mzinda ka dera la ntchito zosiyanasiyana ku Hangzhou, ku China. Ndondomekoyi imaphatikiza ntchito za maofesi ndi nyumba zokhalamo anthu kuti zithandize makampani ndi antchito awo. Nyumba zazitali zimazungulira paki yapakati, zomwe zikukumbutsa mapiri ozungulira Nyanja ya West Lake. Malo a madzi amagwirizanitsa malo akuluakulu a anthu onse, mogwirizana ndi mtsinje wa Grand Canal. Malo apagulu opingasa pamlingo wa magawo osiyanasiyana amagwirizanitsa nyumbazo ndikuthandizira kulumikizana pakati pa anthu. Opambana a Bronze ndi zinthu zaluso kwambiri ndi zolenga modabwitsa zomwe zimatsimikizira zochitika zazikulu, kulingalira ndi kuchenjera kwa opanga awo. Future Headquarters Community Ntchito Yaikulu: Kapangidwe ka Mzinda wa Ntchito Zosiyanasiyana akuyembekezeka kukhala chinthu choyamikiridwa, chosirira ndi chokondedwa, chaukatswiri wapadera ndi chatsopano. - This project is located in The CBD area of Hangzhou.Through intelligent big data analysis and research on the surrounding areas of the main city center,also the development rules of the global headquarters and the ratio of industrial residential functions,we clarified the development direction of the innovation headquarters community.Also,landscape interface and high-rise cohesion are added to ensure that the spatial form fits the land value and meets the needs of headquarters and talents.

- This work is inspired by the integration of modern city impression and local culture of World Heritage.The spatial frame of high-rise buildings surrounding the Central Park , is an analog of mountains surrounding the West Lake. The water flow connecting core public spaces，is a metaphor of wave of China Grand Canal. The city and landscape are integrated, as if working and living in the park or on the waterfront.
