Alina ndi nyumba yaumwini ya masitolo awiri yokhala ndi malo onse omangidwa a mamita 480 alalanje. Masitayelo angapo aphatikizidwa, ndipo mawonekedwe, mitundu ndi zipangizo zasankhidwa kuti zisonyeze malingaliro ndi umunthu wa kasitomala. Chitsulo cha mafakitale, galasi, konkire, mwala ndi matabwa ndizo zipangizo zazikulu. Njira yamagalasi yoyikidwa patsogolo pa khomo lolowera imachepetsa kulowa kwa kuzizira ndi kutentha. Njira yanzeru imalamulira zida za magetsi ndi kuwala kudzera pa pulogalamu yosavuta. Njira yanzeru yoperekera madzi imapepuka ntchito yothirira madzi mnyumba yonse.

Opambana a Chitsulo amaonetsa luso lalikulu, ukatswiri wapamwamba, kumvetsetsa kwa akatswiri ndi mphamvu yolenga ya opanga awo. Alina Nyumba Yaumwini akuyembekezeka kukhala cholengedwa choyamikiridwa kwambiri, chosirira ndi chokondedwa chomwe ndi chothandiza ndi chatsopano. Makhalidwe Apadera: The house has been designed on two floors, with the client accessing the entire home from the second floor. There is a glassy corridor before entering the home, preventing cold and heat entry. Each detail in the house represents the client's emotions, and everyone in the house can explore her personality. A smart system has been used to control all electronic devices and lights with a user-friendly app. In addition, a smart water supply system eases water irrigation to the whole part of home.
Miyezo ndi Kuphimba: The total area has built in 480 square meters.
Zizindikiro: Industrial Loft, Classic, Classical, Minimalism, Industrial Metal, Interior Design, Private House
Teknoloji Yopangira: Industrial metals, glasses, concrete, stones and woods are the main materials used in the project.
Vuto la Dizayini: Combining different design styles, colors, and materials and transforming the client's character into every detail of the house with making harmony were the project's main challenges. In addition, joining aesthetics and performance was the following challenge in designing this project.
Kafukufuku: Regarding the design process, a narrative story was implanted when space was not yet characterized. The project is based on advanced architectural design factors and represents the identity of the area where the project is located and the client’s personality. This design is not only based on emotional design, but each form sector has a particular function.
Chilimbikitso: Alina is a multi-styled house inspired by nature and the client's emotions. Each element in the design reflects a different feeling of the client. Using natural and industrial materials and colors creates a harmonious environment that is personal to the client. By working with the client to understand her emotions and preferences, the designer could design all the unique details that reflect her personality.
Nthawi ya Polojekiti: It has been designed and implemented in Ukraine during 2017 o 2020.
Mdondomeko ya Ntchito: All details of the project make an emotional connection with the audience. The forms and colors with a wide range of materials and styles have transformed the space into an emotionally and functionally interactive place in which they will feel joy in being at home.
