Villa Antioquia es una residéncia privada situada a Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Republica Dominicana. L'ostal cobrís 1130 mètres carrats de construccion sus un terren de 2630 mètres carrats. La concepcion crèa d'espacis interiors fisicament e visualament permeables a las zònas exteriorasl del site. Las condicions climaticas localas an guidat l'utilizacion de la ventilacion naturala. Un vast cantilèver sus la faciada forma lo lindal d'entrada. La pèira gravada nativa, los revestiments de fusta e las grandas placas de marbre modelan la paleta de materials.

Proprietats Unicas: The design concept for Villa Antioquia was developed under the idea of generating interior spaces that allow permeability, both physical and visual, with the exterior areas of the site. Its design is influenced by the conditions of the location, in the use of climatic strategies to opt for natural ventilation, as well as the delight of the landscape and generate transformable spaces.

Inspiracion: Villa Antioquia was designed under the idea of continuity of the interior and exterior spaces.
