Lo projècte Seaside Town es definit per cinc tipes de villas, caduna amb sas pròprias caracteristicas que la distingisson de las autras. Mas al meteis temps, l'idèa e lo programa fisic seguisson gaireben los meteis principis. Gràcias a l'orientacion de cada volum, totas las villas benefícian de vistas tant sus la ciutat coma sus la mar. Pel que fa a las questions d'intimitat, basadas sus la localizacion e la cultura del sit, èra necessari de s'assegurar que cada bastiment e sas vistas respectaràn l'intimitat e las vistas de las autras villas; los bastiments son pròches los uns dels autres per una sola elevacion que possedís pas cap de pòrta.

Proprietats Unicas: In this project, with the help of volume’s rotations, all villas benefit from suitable views and lots of perspective . Neighbors do not have view to one another.(they turn their back on each other.)While each unit is formed in the relation to it’s neighbors and together they form a coherent and unit puzzle, in such a way that if even one villa is removed from the site, the coherence of the complex will be lost.
Dimensions e Embalatge: This project is located in sorkhroud city in north of the Iran. It is designed in a 48000 m² land(420m * 130m) & includes 71 villa units (including 6 main types ) .every villa´s land is about 500 m² . all of them are formed in 3 floors & have an area of 450 m².

Tecnologia de Produccion: In this project, our emphasis has been on the relationship between surfaces and forms.Therefore, the purity of the volumes was very important and because of that, micro cement is used for the final layer to create a pure and white coating
Desaffo de Dissènh: .one of the most important challenge that we faced to it `we need too many parkings limits for villas during vacations . We placed some of them in the remaining space between all 4 modules that were combined. Therefore, both positive and negative spaces are combined and complement each other
Recèrca: we researched about the climate & tried to find a way to use air circulation for decreasing hiumidity by spacing villas. Also the rotation of volumetric masses has been formed due to have wider perspective.
Inspiracion: In a villa town, one of the most important things is the scenic view, and at the same time to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space. So we use rigidity and rotation to achieve both
Durada del Projècte: this project is designd in may 2021 & the construction began in february in the north of the iran & is set to end the next 2 years
Flux Operacional: In creation of an architectural plan of the seaside town, with consideration of facing a set of volumetric masses; at the beginning, our confrontation with volumes was in a narrative way as if volumes are figures which were formed in the reaction of one another and also the formation of surfaces has been abstracted from the social interaction of their masses
