Fresh es una aplicacion mobila concebuda per reduire lo gaspilhatge alimentari a l'ostal. Fresh escaneja las listas de crompas del supermercat per enregistrar los aliments crompats, e los utilizaires pòdon apondre los articles a una pagina de frigorific virtual. L'aplicacion seguís la durada de conservacion de cada article e marca los produits amb de bóstias d'avís vertas, jaunas e rojas segon la frescor restanta. De rapèls ajudan los utilizaires a consomir los aliments abans que se gastan. Fresh provesís tanben de rapòrts setmanièrs sul gaspilhatge alimentari e d'estatisticas cumulativas que encoratjan una consomacion durabla. L'aplicacion es disponibla per iOS e Android.

Proprietats Unicas: Due to the current situation of food discarding caused by overbuying and leaving in the refrigerator, this app was designed. The app will record the shelf life of food and distinguish the food with different shelf life in the refrigerator through green, yellow and red prompt boxes to avoid food discarding. In addition, the app provides weekly wasted food reports and cumulative statistics to educate users about sustainable consumption and reducing food discarding.

Tecnologia de Produccion: People can use this app to scan supermarket shopping lists to get food purchase records and add food to the app. App will track the shelf life of food and remind people to avoid aliment wasting. In addition, the application also provides weekly waste food reports and cumulative statistics to educate users on sustainable consumption and reduce aliment discarding.
Desaffo de Dissènh: When this app is fully technically feasible, the only challenge is how to call on more people to use this app. We use visual graphics with a sense of design and differentiated prompt boxes to remind users. To be sure, the more people use this app, the less food will be wasted.
Recèrca: With the development of material conditions, people used to overbuying food and forget the them in the refrigerator, resulting in a huge discarding of food. Based on this huge social problem, several extensive interviews was conducted with Chinese community residents, surveying their shopping and food storage in their refrigerators. After many discussions and user interviews with students majoring in design at Zhejiang University, the app was finally designed to skillfully educate users about sustainable consumption and reducing food discarding.
Inspiracion: It is estimated that a third of all food produced each year, equivalent to 1.3 billion tons of food worth about 1 trillion U.S. dollars, ends up rotting in consumer and retailer trash bins or spoiled by improper transportation and harvesting.Sadly, people get in the habit of buying too much aliment, or forgetting to eat it before its sell-by date, leading to huge aliment discarding.
Durada del Projècte: This project started in January 2022 in Hangzhou, China, and it is still under developing.
Flux Operacional: First, scan the supermarket shopping list with the app, and the screen will get the purchased food. Users can drag specific foods to the "my fridge" page. App will actually record the shelf life of food and distinguish the different shelf life of food in the refrigerator through green, yellow and red prompt boxes to remind to avoid wasting. In addition, the application also provides weekly waste food reports and cumulative waste food statistics to educate users on sustainable consumption and reduce aliment waste.
